All users must be at least 21 years of age to register and use 8fat services. Age verification is required at registration and prior to any withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed and funds returned to the verified source.
Each individual may hold only one active 8fat account. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances or bonus credits associated with duplicate registrations may be voided. Operating multiple accounts to circumvent bonus restrictions is grounds for permanent suspension.
All bonuses and promotional offers at 8fat are subject to rollover requirements, game contribution rates, and validity periods. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before rollover completion will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings not yet cleared from the rollover requirement.
8fat prohibits any form of collusion, exploitation of software errors, use of automated betting software or bots, and any other activity that undermines the integrity of platform operations. Accounts found to be engaging in such conduct will be suspended and investigated.
Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Funds may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. 8fat reserves the right to request additional documentation to confirm the source of funds in line with anti-money laundering obligations.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context otherwise requires:
21+ Strictly Enforced. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the 8fat Platform. By creating an Account, you confirm that you are 21 or older.
In addition to the age requirement, you represent and warrant that:
8fat reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to close accounts where eligibility criteria are not satisfied, including returning any real-money deposits to the verified deposit source.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is expressly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly notify 8fat of any changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 8fat will never request your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 8fat support immediately and change your password without delay.
We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your 8fat Account to add a second layer of protection against unauthorised access.
8fat is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security, including losses arising from the compromise of your login credentials.
All deposits to the 8fat Platform are made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or such other currencies as are accepted at the time of deposit. Supported payment methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB, Public Bank FPX, and USDT TRC20.
The minimum deposit at 8fat is MYR 30. Deposits are credited to the Member's account wallet promptly upon confirmed receipt by the payment processor. 8fat does not hold or delay deposits except where required by fraud prevention or compliance obligations.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
8fat does not charge withdrawal fees on standard processed withdrawals. Currency conversion fees may apply where the payment method currency differs from the account currency.
8fat offers bonuses and promotional credits subject to individual promotion terms published at the time of the offer. All bonuses are subject to rollover (wagering) requirements before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Specific rollover multiples, eligible game contributions, and validity periods are stated in each promotion's terms.
8fat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Members who have already accepted a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of acceptance.
All bets placed on the 8fat Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or event in question, which are published within the respective game lobby or sportsbook market. In the event of any conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail in respect of account-level matters; game provider rules shall prevail in respect of individual game outcomes.

All content on the 8fat Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, user interface elements, text, and branding, is the intellectual property of the Operator or its licensed suppliers. No element of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used in any form without the express written consent of the Operator.
The 8fat name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of the Operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.
The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data by 8fat is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By registering with 8fat, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Key data practices include encryption of personal data at rest and in transit, secure storage of KYC documentation, and prohibition on sharing your data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8fat and the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming winnings, loss of data, or service interruption.
8fat's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling Risk Warning. Gambling involves the risk of losing money. Do not gamble with funds you cannot afford to lose. Gambling is not a reliable method of generating income or recovering financial losses.
8fat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Where an Account is closed for non-fault reasons (i.e., not due to Member misconduct), any real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the Member's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period. Bonus balances are not returned upon account closure.
Members may close their own Account at any time by contacting 8fat support via live chat. Any active responsible gaming self-exclusion will be honoured and the account will not be reopened for the duration of the self-exclusion period.
8fat reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via email to the registered account address or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Where a Member does not agree to revised Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any real-money balance.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to 8fat's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support.
Where a dispute is not resolved through the internal process within 14 days of submission, the Member may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution procedures available under the Operator's gaming licence.
